Attorney Black Elected Board Challenger Learning Center
Black, Lyle & Habberfield is pleased to announce the election of Jeffrey A. Black, Esq. to the Board of Directors for the Challenger Learning Center.
The space-themed educational facility located at 182 East Union St., Suite 2, Allegany, NY, near St. Bonaventure University, offers programs including flight simulation classes and summer rocket camps, for students from pre-kindergarten all the way through 12th grade.
A non-profit organization and one of 43 Challenger Learning Centers worldwide, Challenger Learning Center of the Twin Tier Region stimulates student interest in space and science, using the technology of our simulator while engineering a collaborative solution, using math throughout. In short, STEM education. The center houses replicas of the space station and of mission control. The students work in these environments on a simulated space mission to Mars, a comet or Earth.
